Nu Flow Trenchless Sewer Liners can repair sewer breaks in concrete beams without any demolition.

A Plano plumber…

ran into a huge problem earlier this week while replacing a sewer system. His repipe was almost complete when he went to cut the last section of pipe out.  The brittle cast iron sewer line broke off right before it went through a concrete beam.  Concrete beams are structural and run laterally across your home, beneath the slab.  They are a constant struggle for sewer repipes.

Tuesday morning, the plumber called us in a panic.  The owners were selling the home and the closing date was this Friday.  There was NO WAY his crew could get this done in time.

DeLong Services used a Nu Flow Trenchless sewer liner to solve his problem in less than a few hours.  We had the plumber build the sewer line to butt up as close as possible to the pipe going through the beam.  He used “hangers” to keep the line in place until we could install the trenchless sewer liner.

We then pulled a 3″ Nu Flow Trenchless liner through the beam and through the new pipe, connecting the broken pipe in the beam and the new pipe the plumber had installed.

We saved the homeowner from extending their closing date and the plumber from losing money on the job.  It was a win for all parties involved.
